(9) Guide to designing your Omega Press The Omega Press is made up of what we refer to as elements. Each element consists of and upper and lower section. Each section is 10" wide, contains an air bag, and a heating element. The desired splice length is achieved by joining an adequate number of elements together in parallel position. This flexibility of design allows for the minimum weight in each element to provide easy portability, and maximum customization when determining your specific splice area requirements.
Capable of pressures up to 170 PSI
Up to FOUR elements can be operated through one control box.
Each control box regulates the air pressure, temperature, and activates the water-cooling process at the ...
(9) The two-piece Compacta Vulcanizing Press is manufactured from an aluminum alloy, engineered to provide a press which is durable, lightweight and easy to handle. The platen design distributes heat from 32°F to 392°F evenly across the entire working surface. Pressure of 10OPSI is obtained through the use of two air bags. With an air bag in both the top and bottom sections of the press, you are guaranteed even pressure throughout the entire splice area.
The water-cooling system is made of stainless steel, and is engineered to allow a rapid cool-down when the splice is completed. A water pump is provided standard with this press. The electronic control box allows the operator to program time and temperature for each particular ...
(7) The AC-25 is manufactured in tempered steel and designed for field service requirements. This press does not require air pressure or water for cooling. Pressure of 100PSI is achieved through hydraulic pistons, and the cooling process is made possible by fans located in the upper section of each element. Each element is 10" (250mm) wide and can be joined together in a parallel manner to achieve the desired splice length. This press has a temperature range up to 482°F, and is programmed via the control box. The AC-25 is available with a Rectangular construction, or on a 22° Angle. Manufacturing is available in 220V Single Phase or 440V 3 Phase specifications.
Weight = K7 - 7 bar (100 psi); K12 - 12 bar (170 psi)
(6) Specifications for DELTA PVC/PU Presses Heating: The unique platen design allows even temperature distribution up to 392°F across the entire splicing surface. The specially engineered water-cooled system is constructed of stainless steel, and is designed to provide a rapid cooling of the belt. Pressure is obtained through pneumatic air bags. The electronic control regulates the entire process of heating and cooling, which is accomplished in approximately 15 minutes.The control box allows you to set the temperature and time each individual splice requires. Once this is set, the water-cooling will start automatically, and an alarm will sound to indicate the cooling process is complete. Up to 10 possible parameters may ...

The Punch Blade for this press is specifically designed for precision cutting of fingers. Punch pressure is provided by a hydraulic piston, activated by a manual pump. Capable of punching up to 3 fabric layers of lightweight belting. Range of measurements for belt width: 24" to 114" in 10" increments. Finger sizes and 3/4" x 2" or 1/2" x 3".
Adjustable rollers regulate the ply thickness to achieve a perfect cut of each layer. Adjustable blade height provides a high degree of accuracy in the actual cutting process. Powered by a hydro-pneumatic pump.
