FusionLagg BMD (Black Mini Diamond) is a small diamond pulley lagging, ideal for driven pulleys with medium tensions and belt ratings. Press cured using high temperature and pressure, FusionLagg is proven to give significantly longer life than steam cured pulleys and will not prematurely harden causing slippage like steam cured. FusionLagg BMD features the fusion bonding layer technology which provides a superior bond to the pulley face.

Fusion StripLagg is the only strip lagging available with a bonding layer. Available in an overall thickness of 1/2" & 3/4" it will dramatically reduce your drop/waste by allowing you to use exactly the pulley width each time. Unlike other strip lagging you do not have to buff the back and cement it to achieve a good bond because StripLagg already has the bonding layer on

Description
A large diamond profile material provided in 8" and 12" wide strips in 50' long rolls. It is offered in a standard SBR blend and also in a flame resistant compound. It has a gray bonding layer which provides superior pulley adhesion.

Fusion CeraLagg is the highest quality ceramic lagging in the market! The ceramic tile is the largest and thickest available and features a unique cross hatch pattern on the back which increase the rubber to ceramic bond. The tile has the highest alumina content at 96% which significantly reduces the risk of fracture or damage. For extended wear and greater coefficient of friction, CeraLagg is the right choice.
