Fusion Clean Solvent

Fusion Clean Solvent

 (3)

Fusion Clean Solvent has been specially formulated to be the aggressive solvent required for the rubber fabrication and conveyor splicing industry. Fusion Clean Solvent is a blend of cyclohexane and xylene which are both aromatic distillates instead of petroleum distillates like toluene. This very pure solvent will not leave behind an oil residue like some toluene which can inhibit or prevent sufficient adhesion to ensure success. Each splice or fabrication project is only as good as the solvent.

Description
A pure blend of cyclohexane and xylene processed under a controlled environment to ensure the highest quality possible. Available in quart, gallon and drum quantities. Fusion Clean is also less toxic than many products ...

Fusion Rubber To Metal Primer

Fusion Rubber to Metal Primer

 (3)

Fusion Rubber to Metal Primer CP-GRM is actually an interface between the rubber and metal and so has to offer high bond strengths between both surfaces. CP-GRM has proven to be the ideal product for priming metal surfaces when bonding rubber in high tension applications such as pulley lagging. Unlike zinc based primers, which are very prone to settling, CP-GRM utilizes polymers and organic compounds to achieve a high strength bond.

Description
A mixture of polymers, organic compounds and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Available in Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon pails.

Applications
To be used as a metal primer in rubber tank or chute lining, pulley lagging, and all ...

CRF Cement

CRF Cement

 (6)

CRF is the ideal cement when bonding rubber to rubber and rubber to metal. CRF has the longest pot life of all the Fusion family, over 4 hours, making it ideal for fabrication and manufacturing applications. Fusion CRF because it has to hold.

Description
CRF is a chloroprene based cement that is available in 0.5 kq, 1 kg, 5 kg,and 272 kg drums. It uses a trichloroethylene solvent base. Use only with Fusion ST hardener.

Applications
CRF can be used on wood, fiberglass, concrete, urethane, steel, rubber and fabric.

WCRF Cement

WCRF Cement

 (6)

WCRF is formulated for use with food grade conveyor belt and rubber to metal bonding. WARF provides bond strengths that exceed competitive products and shares CRF's long pot life characteristic. If the application is food related... then fusion WCRF is the choice.

Description
WCRF is a chloroprene based cement that is available in .5 kg, 1 kg, 5 kg, and 272 kg drums.

Applications
WCRF can be used on rubber, fabric, wood, fiberglass, concrete, urethane and steel. It is ideal for fabrication, including T-Cleat, and V-guide attachment to food grade belts.

CPVC Cement

CPVC Cement

 (6)

CPVC is the finest PVC cement on the market today. By utilizing a special solvent base, the surface preparation is eliminated. By not a requiring any buffing, productivity increases when used in high volume fabrication and manufacturing applications. CPVC has exceptional moisture and oil resistance and good flexibility. CPVC's strong initial bond strength allows conveyors to be returned to service in only 4-6 hours. In a fabrication environment CPVC allows for faster throughput because the belt can be moved within minutes without fear of dislodging the cleat or splice. Fusion CPVC because is just has to hold.

Description
CPVC is an M.E.K. based cement available in 12, 24 & 96 oz. Use only with Fusion ST ...

Fusion CFTU

Fusion CFTU

 (4)

Fusion CFTU is a high quality trowelable urethane ideal for the repair of elastomeric components. As a thixotropic mixture CFTU can be used for repairs in the most difficult of conditions including inverted. Once applied, the incredible wear properties will ensure a long lasting repair. CFTU is the maintenance and repair solution.

Description
CFTU is 100% solids based trowelable urethane in a two part component system which, when mixed, provides a viscosity that allows troweling the material even in inverted applications.
